Human Resources technician course
This course examines the role of the human resource professional in managing today's organizations. Key functions such as recruitment, employee development, retention, performance appraisals, benefits and compensation, and labor relations are examined.the course will also focus on techniques for motivation, productivity and creativity associated with individuals and organizational effectiveness. Implications of legal and global environments are appraised and current issues such as diversity training, sexual harassment policies, and rising benefit costs are analyzed. Best practices of employes of choice are considered.
